Wizard Overcharge (Snap) Nerf

SOne of the MTDs prior to S3 it was mentioned the the problem with Overcharge wizard combo is when it crits. Why not make it so the spell can’t crit, or lower it’s damage and have it apply 100% more debuff. Changes the spell from a burst 1 shot balance nightmare into a less abusive ability.

No crits mean no Crit RNG killing people, or moving the damage out of the spell itself into the debuff makes it less debilitating when people get combo’d.

Back then the problem was that Spellweave Shoulders gave you Overload for some seconds (30% damage and free casting iframes) after you timewarped someone.

I suggested in the MTD that if they want to keep that trait on the shoulders they could change snap so that it is always non-crit.

What they did instead, they removed the Overload from the Spellweave Shoulders (no casting iframes and no 30% damage) and the new trait is that the next weapon attack after Timewarp always crits.

This being said in the current state of the class it’s not needed to change this!
