[Wizard] [General] [Timewarp] Remove self-cast when missing target

Since the Season 2 patch timewarp got changed to have a more narrow hitbox for the lock-on which is completely justified as it was way to easy to hit people with it even if they did evade.

But with all of this comes one problem:

  1. When missing a target (which now happens way more often) you automatically self-cast the timewarp spell resutling in

    • Unwanted mana cost

    • Unwanted spell usage

    • Change of situation → I need to decide if I want to destroy it or actually use it

    • Slowing down my chase → not a huge problem but still sucks

I would suggest to:

  1. Remove the self-cast if timewarp misses the enemy target

  2. Only allow self-cast via self-cast-button default [Alt]

  3. Add a 1 or 2 sec CD if the wizard misses his target with timewarp
