[Wizard] [General] [Arclight] Arclight Cling does not work as expected

Since the release of Wizard the spell does not behave as expected.

Arclight Cling

1. Conjure a spark that follows the enemy target, dealing Lightning damage periodically.

2. After a delay, it explodes dealing Ligthning damage and Silencing enemies for a short duration

Point (1.) of this spell does barely ever work.

• There is no “lock on” indicator

• The spell rarely follows an enemy

• If targets stand still the spell just goes through the enemy

Basically mainly a lock-on indicator and proper tracking of the enemy for the spell is missing.
