[Wizard] [General] [Arclight] Arclight Cling does not work as expected
Since the release of Wizard the spell does not behave as expected.
Arclight Cling
Conjure a spark that follows the enemy target, dealing Lightning damage periodically.
After a delay, it explodes dealing Ligthning damage and Silencing enemies for a short duration
Point (1.) of this spell does barely ever work.
There is no “lock on” indicator
The spell rarely follows an enemy
If targets stand still the spell just goes through the enemy
Basically mainly a lock-on indicator and proper tracking of the enemy for the spell is missing.

As a sidenote, you could possibly more or less copy the tracking of gleaming star from priest and apply it to cling.

Maybe a bit more context after using the spell for some days now. I think the spell should more or less work like a priest star → if locked on a target it will follow an you need to outrun/evade
Current issues:
The spell only kind of follows targets if casted at a certain range.
In close range it barely ever locks on and floats through the target
If someone evades it, it starts to do some weird wiggle animation in place
Sometimes it explodes next to a person and does not damage or silence them
Travel speed could be slightly sped up
Sometimes if the first instance of the spell hits, the orb stops following the enemy
