[Wizard] [Frost Orb] Blizzard from RMB to Tech-Attack hold

1. Current Situation
At the moment, Blizzard is assigned as the RMB (right mouse button) attack of the Frost Orb.

2. Feedback / Suggestion

• Move Blizzard from RMB to the Tech-Attack Hold slot

• This would mirror the Fire Staff’s Firebreath and align Frost Orb with the overall Wizard design logic

• It would also improve consistency across weapons, as RMB attacks typically do not require Energy upkeep

3. Possible RMB Replacements (to be discussed separately):

• Zoom (like Medium/Longbow RMB)

• Block – directional only (not 360°), Frost buildup on hit, 3 pips

• Absorb Shield - short activation, absorbs incoming damage up to X amount, balanced with CD

• Alternate Attack (a new designed Alternate Attack)

4. Expected Impact

• Creates room for a better fitting RMB mechanic in the future, while Blizzard takes its thematic place as the Tech-Attack Hold skill

• Brings Frost Orb in line with Fire Staff logic and Wizard class design

• Fixes the inconsistency of Energy upkeep on RMB
