Why add Hunter long bow RECOVERY frames after shooting?

Forgive me if I sound angry, but last season a change that happened to the Swiftbow where you a added recovery frames to charged attacks (meaning you have a DELAY if you want to dodge after shooting)

I got ZERO feedback on this issue and it was NEVER mentioned in the patch notes, you just left the Swiftbow CLUNKY as hell for the entire season and NEVER fixed it. It feels unintuitive not being able to dodge right after shooting, imagine a monster charges an attack, but you’re also charging your bow attack. EVEN IF YOU WANT TO DODGE you cannot! It just sucks and is frustrating gameplay.

I play since EA, and hunter is the LEAST VERSATILE and MOST CLUNKY class in the first place with no technical attacks at all (no dodge attack on, no spring attack on 2/3 weapons etc.), so why make it EVEN worse by adding recovery frames to Longbow as well?

Seriously I’m tilted, it’s going to be another season I won’t play because hunter is just BAD and sucks to play compared to S0/1. I’m not even requesting BUFFS, I’m simply asking to NOT make the class more clunky. How is this so hard?????
