Weapon Idea - Staff made of Water

Saw Chris’ comment on what classes people want and while I couldn’t nail a class suggestion I did think of something that I think could be different, a weapon made from an element (thinking water), could be useable on a shaman/water nymph/monk/Merman type class or whatever y’all creatives think up of. Could be cool seeing the art team make something like this.

Seeing a melee class swinging around a weapon that is made out of water, a bit more fantasy like then your stereotypical RPG weapons.

Could have some interesting graphics, cleave attack is a wave of water, a tether attack which is a water lasso that tethers your enemy to you (similar to warrior tether but instead of to the ground the tether is to the player), jump attack could have the staff explode on the ground sending waves to the side, block could be a directional water shield, could give a ranged attack that sends a whip made up of water, maybe have a water barrier ability (like Priests barrier from WoW). Plus the water could have damaging effects on enemies and maybe healing effects on allies.
