Unable to purchase Dragon Teeth

I have completed the rogue campaign and am trying to purchase the Serpents Kiss. When I select “BUY” for the 60 dragon teeth, I hear the audible of the coins and then nothing happens. After consuming so much time hunting the serpent’s statue, I should not be blocked from purchasing the skin after completing the campaign.
