Team Fill should work and be in a seperate queue from premades

(Currently, team fill doesn’t work correctly (you get sent into trios as a solo). It should have a long queue until it matches you with teammates rather than drop you in alone.)

However, assuming it was working correctly, team fill should be its own queue since otherwise it gets farmed by premades. And yes, that means splitting out a whole extra queue, which has obvious downsides but there are so many newer and older players who want to play solo queue but in team, that it might still outweigh the problems with splitting it out.
