Tailor STILL doesn't sell Frog Oil and Fine Thread 24/7

This has been an issue since crafting got introduced and is STILL not fixed, I’m now hardstuck and can’t progress for 4 hours because the vendor reset doesn’t include MANDATORY required crafting materials that I cannot get else where….
