Please add some type of organization, even if it was a simple one like Terraria that just puts it all in one mass order that we can at least have potions next to other potions and so on.
Totally agree. The UI around stashes is pretty poor. A few suggestions for AOL would be:
A move all button or key press to move everything from your backpack into your stash.
The ability to move items to alternate tabs without having to move them first into your backpack.
Stash settings so you can essentially filter them to a specific item type so when using the “sort all” button as suggested by OP it prioritizes treasure to the treasure filtered tab, or wood too the wood I've etc, depending on how granular filter system is.
Ability to swap out stash containers even when full exactly like the backpacks
