Would it be fair to redesign SnS Priests auto-attacks to have a small AoE/Frontal Cone of damage rather than pure single target. This shouldn’t affect the PvP balance too much, and would bring them more in line with other Melee classes’ abilities to clear mobs in larger packs with relative ease.
This would be more of a PvE focused balance/change, since the games direction is slowly focusing and adding more PvE content. It can also be quite frustrating to have to use all of our Mana just to clear a few mobs, leaving us exposed to ganks from other players or surprise mobs.
I understand that priests already have relatively good AoE damage, however most other classes have this too, without the drawback of being vulnerable to any other class opening up on them and leaving them at an instant disadvantage.
