Semi random dropchance for Lego crystals

After 2 weeks into each wipe, give everyone a semi random / forced chance to drop a lego crystal each week, allowing players you don’t want or can’t farm 10 hours a day, a chance to get legendaries

    game overall lacks catchup mechanics like these for people who have less weekly play time, or simply jump on the current season a bit late.
