Phantom Dagger currently does 2 block pip damage, and still no cooldown or commitment requirements to use. Allowing a rogue to do 4 pips of damage near instantaneously.
Mid jump, mid bhop, mid any animation, phantom dagger is usable
Suggested Change: Make phantom dagger do 1 or 0 block pips.
Add a cooldown even if it’s missed.
It makes no sense to be able to throw this ability again and again with no punishment. +Doing the same amount of block damage as a fully charged fireball or priest star.
