Remove Trading from Goldbrook - Don't allow items into the map

With the introduction of Goldbrook there’s no risk anymore trading items. Part of what makes trading exciting in this game is the fact you have to extract with the items you traded. This goes hand in hand with what Chris has mentioned in prior MTDs about not wanting auction house (which I 100% agree with), so forcing players to trade items in GWD/GWN/Crypts is way more mentally stimulating and adrenaline inducing which can create better moments of highs and lows. Trading is to safe right now which makes it boring.
