Remove 3s PVP queues until player count allows it

By far the least played pvp mode; on top of being the least balanced;
Please remove it to reduce queues until we have a bigger daily player count.
There’s already enough queues as it is.
Remove 3v3 arena and 3v3 pvp maps for now, as it was done in the past.
