Progress is not earned for quests out of order if the campaign was auto-selected

When the player has their campaign auto-selected and enters the game for the first time, progress for out-of-order quests is not earned. For example, there is a quest, Thinning the Pack, where the player is required to kill wolves. If the player kills wolves while a previous quest is still active, the progress toward Thinning the Pack will not count until the player reaches this quest.
