In Lost Ark, they added a similar class of the opposite gender with one or two modified spells under the guise of a new class. In Tarisland, due to the large number of requests, the developers simply promised to add a second gender to each class and began implementing it little by little.

A great option for this game would be to create paid skins for classes with opposite genders; perhaps they wouldn't even have to change the skeleton and animations. Just imagine a rogue or warrior in the spirit of the featured witch, or a hunter in the form of a K-pop boy (for a female audience). That would be sick.
