Mobs blue attacks

Since 1.0 release, a lot of mobs make non-staggerable (blue) attacks. In one hand I do understand and support this change of making PvE, especially red mobs harder. On the other hand, as a rogue player, some mobs can start their blue attacks while I’m chaining my autos. (Goblin rogue red I’m looking at you) The result is I’m getting hit and very little chance of dodging since I’m stuck in attack animation.

This makes PvE quite frustrating, especially since melee/non aoe classes already have a hard time and now that you can’t rely on staggering mobs to kill them and on top of that they get out of stagger and attack you right away.

I think a few changes would make it much less frustrating: Making the new instant blue attacks have more startup. Make mobs dodge out of your stagger, just like player, before they start their own (kinda like wolves).

TLDR: Making PvE harder is fine, please don’t make it more frustrating than it already is for melees.
