Lodge Sawmill, Tannery and Forge not automatically crafting

I put a ton of material in the lodge and went afk for some food, came back to see that everything is still stuck in place and only 1 piece of each crafting type got finished..

Moving the item out and into the input window again starts the craft again, do I really have to do this for every single craft?
