Learned transmutation recipes can be moved into stash

steps:
- drag the recipe
- press R to rotate
- drop off in stash

They persist in stash even after a game relaunch.
Can be moved back into a ‘recipe slot’ or swapped with another learned recipe.
The moved recipe does not register as already learned, allowing the formula to be added again.

I have not found a way to take the moved recipe into a character inventory (to bring into a match)
