Leap Rework (Suggestion)

Make leap work kind of like the assault class in spacemarine games. Specifically:

Ability activation (1st press) launches the warr into the air and creates the aim circle on the ground. Warr has the duration of the jump (ascent and decent) to aim the circle within defined/limited range. 2nd press slams down to the target. Not pressing 2nd time just lands on the trajectory of the jump pretty close to the takeoff point (maybe half rage cost refunded for no slam down?). Overall range should probably be a little less than the current leap and alot less than charge so that its a tradeoff.
