King Satchel deleted from Safe

I logged in today after 6 days to give some timmy lv1 streamer my gear on my main account
Logged on to my alt account right now to check the safe
Kings Satchel gone

Thanato (first 99) has informed me that his Kings Satchel has been deleted from his safe, he said that he read it was fixed, but this seems to not be the case, he said he wouldnt make a feedback post because hes done with the game.

Thanato claims he has lost some 10ish ogre crates, and 6+ legenary crystals, this season alone and now the King’s Satchel.

Could we have feedback regarding moving items between season let alone sititng in safe/vault and if this will be addressed prior to next reset?
