Items with random affixes

Make gear fun while making enchantress a more interesting vendor.

How?
Lets have random enchantments (affixes) on items for example an item could have 1 affix per rarity. Common 1 - Uncommon 2 - Rare 3 - Epic 4 - Legendary 5.

Why?

It adds more variaty to gear while giving the player more choices as to how to make use of the item. Salvage for material or disenchant an affix and put it on another item, crafting something suitable to your playstyle.
It would also make other gear interesting to every class since an affix of the dropped item could be usefull to you despite the rarity of the item.

Enchantress:
The enchantress would be able to remove one or more affixes from an item and destroying it in the process. Player would have to choose weather to store the affix for another item, save the item, salvage for material. Maybe she could also craft and/or sell enchantments or it could be put into the crafting bench too.

These affixes could be unrelated to a skill to keep the identity of the current gear design. Not to have too much overlap with food buffs while still being impactfull.

Since we dont have stats for our characters we would currently have to think of other type of enchantments than the traditional once while not stepping to much into the designe space of Food.

Examples:
Increased affection build up by X.
First attack after evade is increased by X.
Reduce duration of snare/affliction by X/%.
Increase attack speed of heavy attacks by X.
Increased magic find by X.
Increase damage delt by X / Reduce damage taken by X.
Increase Armor/Resistance/Health by X.
Increase damage over time damage by X.
Reduce wound taken by X.
Increased healing by X.

Etc etc, you can probably come up with a lot of different ones of varying complexity or simplicity.
