issue with loading into maps

issue with loading into any map but goldbrook i can play goldbrook but when I switch to any other and hit ready the button grays out for a sec like it’s looking for a match then goes back to like I didn’t hit ready.

I’ve tried relogging and uninstalling and reinstalling
