Idea for Dynamic Map Events

First i want to define in my idea what a Dynamic map event would accomplish.

A reason to PVP. Most games in this Genre use incoming FOG as a reason force PVP yet it feels like a majority of people hate this concept (Me included).

With the spirit of accomplishing the same thing what if each map had a thematic random event with a % chance to spawn and would bring specialish/hightier Loot.

EXAMPLE:
Green wood has a ton of roads have a 15% chance per map to have this event spawn where a Goblin cart runs off the road and catching fire from the lamps inside. A notification on everyone map somehow tells them the location of this cart.

The cart is unlootable for 5 mins (giving everyone time to gather to it and fight) for the goodies. once the cart becomes loot able could be a great place to have “Goblin Vouchers” as a loot able item. allowing for players to get specific items that they want from it.

Greenwood night could be a spin off of the same thing. considering its the same map/roads.

Crypts could have a dynamic event where the goblin cart falls through the roof or something (underground stuff) theme.

It has a similar spirit to fighting the Helicopter in rust. Even the idea of having strong NPCS protecting the loot as well as other players.

Have the loot scale with the party size. For instance

Solos have the loot be 2 chests
Duos have 3 chests
Trios have 4 chests

I’m not saying this as an idea to remove boss’s either. I think having more things in the EXTRACTION maps would be a very good thing for the game I believe you guys all believe that.

Just wanted to give me 2 cents to how i think it could/would work in the Genre that has seen plenty of success in areas (Rust helicopter) without the use of a FOG mechanic.
