Got stuck on haystack in Goldbrook and lost all gear when restarting game

I attacked a goblin on top of a haystack in Goldbrook using the jump+shield bash of the Paladin. To my surprise, the character got stuck on top of the haystack and was unable to get off the haystack.

I tried jumping, dashing, walking, sprinting and it didn’t worked out. To my surprise, when I closed the game and logged back in, my character, LVL 16 mind you, didn’t had his gear on it.

I bring this to your attention and I ask you to:

1) Please take a look at the issue so you can resolve it and

2) Please restore the lost gear of my Paladin caused by this bug.
