Game runs awful after the patch

Used to have constant 150+ fps in every area, crypts even 200fps.

Now on greenwood day I barely get 100 and with constant fps drops and stutters.

Performance downgraded by a lot this season.

DLSS on Performance and Frame Regeneration is on.
