Sharpened Blade sparks can be seen when rogue is stealthed/invisible too. Also when ure charging Spider Bite/Spider Leap from stealth the green cloud effect can be seen when ure stealthed/invisible.

Also the overload effect and the ice slide effect will make you visible during invis due to the glowing around the character:
