Either Priest staff or scepter does wrong sprint damage

Scepter does 1.25 the damage of its base attack on sprint attacks and staff does 1.25 of its base damage which is higher. Since staffs holy nova is changed to do 1.75 of what a scepter would have done I assume this is unintended.
