Drop rates and gear fear = boring extraction

I know drop rates have been slightly increased. But it still takes way too long to get a full legendary set, even a full purple set takes ages to get together. Especially as a solo player.

I think this is boring, I haven’t met anyone running gear in ages. Every player I kill is in whites or blues. All the gear I have on is crafted. Not looted. It is way more exciting when you kill a player and get to loot his full set of purples or legendaries.

the game would be more fun if legendaries was easier obtained, this is a full loot game, gear is supposed to rotate not be permanent. But right now the gear fear is so high because the gear is so hard earned, that nobody brings the gear into extraction. Why risk 1 month of grinding just to get unlucky and die in extraction or get outplayed? It just isn’t a smart idea to do it. So nobody does.

It would be way more interesting if you could get at least a full purple set after a day or two of farming. A full legendary set 2-4 days of farming. Even casual players should have access to these items. Because then they will actually enter into the extraction mode with it, and the pvp will be more fun and way more rewarding when you actually kill someone and they have something of value on them.

Right now legendaries in this game feel like top tier gear in an mmorpg. I swear it’s easier to get thunderfury in world of warcraft than it is to get a full legendary set in this game.

I really think the game would be way more fun, and extraction would be way more populated, if good gear wasn’t so extremely hard to obtain.
