Cyclone ever going to work?

Are we like ever going to get cyclone working correctly? This was not a matter of desync this was not a matter of waiting for it to activate the skill just does not work. The ability is on the ground for close to 5sec and it still can not function correctly.

    I want it to work too, but is it an issue of the animation not matching the active time for the cyclone? It did look like it lingers for a little bit after the jump fails so maybe that’s not it, must have been something else. Only time I can get it to fail reliably is at the tail end of the animation and yours stayed for a while after the jump so.
