Class suggestion

Hi team! Congrats on your accomplishments. I know many challenging pros and cons come with releasing an mmo like game, but I think you've done a great job and done it tastefully. Sometimes thats all we can do! Im very excited about the new witch class you guys have planned, and im really hoping that development will allow a couple more classes to be added over time. I would like suggest the idea of a battle bard! Please please please! :)

Ive played dark and darker for a very long time, ffxiv and lotr. In all these games theres the option to play a bard and I would argue that dark and darker provides the most unique and engaging experience of the three. I think its very fun, keeps you on your toes the entire match, and provides a unique/lighthearted playstyle. id love to see it implemented into other class based games using more moden mechanics

That being said, I know that bard would feel different in third person and thought I would list some of the things that would help the class be its best self, when and if you add it :) outside of loving bard in pvp environments, its also very fun to use against pve. Here some things that id hope for.

Having a range of songs (spells) to cast is very fun to play around with to build your class. Making it versatile so that unique builds play role in the dept of the class is a huge pull for me. And allows your team to make balance changes when we need a refresh.

Hearing the songs played as you buff up is one of my favorites. The tunes get stuck in your head and eventually youre able to recognize them. Its funny when you hear another bard buffing up to fight and youre able to pinpoint the exact buffs theyre putting on before coming to engage you. Its both comical and intense.

Proving a couple different instruments and one that allows melee attack.

Maybe you get a base kit of three instruments and can find a 4th somewhere on the map once youve leveled enough. Each instrument receiving a base set of songs/spells for each instrument. And maybe one other spell for each instrument that you can find in game.
