Class specific level rewards

Receiving the purple 3×2 pouch for hitting level 99 was very cool. My idea for an additional reward along the leveling journey is a toolbelt that offers the chance not to consume the tool when used. Perhaps a 20% chance? Nothing game breaking or fight determining, but a nice quality of life upgrade for those who take the class to higher levels.
