Campaign skins did not deliver correctly

I have completed hunter campaign and purchased the premium version. Upon trying to put together hunter’s banner, I’ve discovered that the Elven Silverleaf charm for the banner is still locked. Every other cosmetic from the campaign has been given to the account, including the weapon skin

I’ve had this campaign completed for about a week at this point, so game has been closed and opened numerous times after the campaign purchase, swapping characters and switching back, logging out and back in has also been done numerous times
