In my opinion inside of any extraction game, gear fear is created when the gear becomes so hard to obtain that a player is fearful to bring it in because it holds too much value.

This is a serious problem for players in this game that I have witnessed since I started in the middle of season 1. I do not see how we can retain new players consistently if when they lose simple green gear they quit the game. Newer players come into this game without a good idea of how to grind materials for green blue or purple sets, and then they get horrible drop rates so a majority of people just quit.

And beyond helping out newer players with drop rates, the players like me that you’ve got hooked either way just want dopamine bro. Not even gonna go any further just ask any of your veteran players how looting feels in this game.

My suggestion, give a very generous buff to the drop rates.

    What the past 10 runs in Crypt Mixed/Duo we got only 2 purples i believe, they probably shadow nerfed drops again.

    I really like the idea of upping the drop rates of legendary shards in the greater skull key chests and upping the greater skull key drop rates. It creates POI’s, still keeps the legendaries exclusive and creates a high RNG desire for greater skull keys. You could even create a high bar incentive for crafting them and making some mats farmable.

    I agree with this. I dont mind losing greens or even blues. Purples are pushing it but lets be real. The drop rate of Leggo shards is was too crazy. Ive done over 50 crypts runs and have not seen a shard and that is just crazy. This is a extract game with some mmo drop rates.

    Very passionate about the game and I hope season 3 is going to have more players. I think this change is needed though if we’re doing marketing to new players. Really hope you guys will consider tweaking around the numbers and fine tuning the drop rate for season 3 to a better spot then where its at right now.
