Blue and purple upgrades requirements need to be fixed

We are ending up with 100s of blue/purple crystals but very few of the mats needed to craft to blue/purple (e.g. steel tooth or horned helm).

So most of the gear we get and disenchant isn’t really giving us anything useful to run more gear ourselves. It doesn’t matter if I go from 100 to 102 blue crystals when I have 1 X mat per 50 crystals anyway to upgrade with.
