Ability to voice chat in lobby

The proximity chat should be enabled in lobby.

So many times I’ve needed to communicate with someone that there’s an issue with the game… as they are waiting for me to ready up… and i can’t say, “Need to restart the game - hold on” and I can’t. It’s stupid that you can only voice chat once you get on the map with your friends.
