A fix to hunter infinite evades and making stamina matter more
Currently hunters get haste depending on swiftness and I believe its 5% stam regen per pip up to a max of 25% which makes it feel like they can evade forever. The only other class that can regen stam faster aside from wizards third ring is rogue that can get some stam back when they gain adrenaline but more importantly they have a chestplate that increases their stam regen by 10% when they deal damage. This is fair since rogues are dependent on their evade attacks and evade root but hunters don’t need evading to attack but to make distance. I suggest that haste is changed to let the hunter evade faster and further instead of stam regen so perhaps to a max of 40% further and speed up the animation to make it feel hasty. This would let hunters have their powers properly tuned to their needs while also letting their opponent feel like they are chipping away at the hunters resources.

With some quick testing between rogue and hutner, 115 stamina no additional regeneration.
Hunter started with full swiftness, attacking to stay above 90% swiftness.
These are the averages from a few timed attempts:
Rogue went from 0-115 in roughly 9.3 sec
Hunter went from 0-115 in roughly 9.1 sec.
This is me starting the timer when I sprint out of stamina and stopping the timer when it’s full. The difference in time could me human error since it looks to be abou the same to me.
Edit
Was not attacking with rogue, just normal stam regeneration.

Tried without staming the hunter out too, same setting. average out at 9 seconds from as close as I coiuld get to staming out and regain to full 115 stamina.
Margine for human error.

this would just be ANOTHER unnecessary hunter nerf lol.. how much more dogshit do you want the class to be? it’s already at bottom tier and you’re basically requesting the class the be crippled even more by removing more dodges…. gaining distance is irrelevant, what’s relevant for hunters is avoiding enemy abilities like PD, Anchor, Leap, dash attacks, grapple, charged fireballs and as many of them as possible, that’s why distance doesn’t matter - the iframe matters. by removing the ability to have more dodges you’re inherently nerfing hunters even more
hunter has by far the weakest kit and you want to take the only advantage away that they have over other classes: being slippery - no thanks.
